ABSOE's Used Galvanised Selective Racking bay kits provide an easily ordered and highly cost effective options for our customers ideal for use in the most extreme environments. These kits combine brand-new manufactured frames with high quality used beams.

Our Galvanised Selective Pallet Racking Bay Kits are offered here to provide our customers racking that is ideal for use in environments exposed to moisture and the elements, such as freezers or external to a building. Our staff are also on call to provide assistance for individual storage needs and can assist with design, installation and compliance.

Our Kits provide an economical and practical storage solution that meets the AS4084:2023 Standard for safety and compliance (when combined with appropriate Post Protectors and End barriers - sold separately).

The kits are pre-packaged and are supplied with all fixings / signage . The frames are preassembled for ease and speed of installation, simple to adjust, and in most cases can also be tailored re extra components etc to suit your individual needs.

All pricing includes: pre-assembled frames, beams, beam clips, footplates, floor anchor fastenings, and signage.

Kit Bay Configurations listed here range from six to ten standard Australian pallets with a default load rating of 1250 kg per pallet SWL. Stand the pre-assembled frames and the beams simply clip in for an extremely fast setup. Perfect for warehouses, logistical operations, and can even be turned into high-strength industrial shelving with the addition of mesh decks (available separately).

Need even more storage? Additional bays and sizes are in stock. Back-to-back aisle setups are also supported - just ask us about row spacers for aisle configurations.

Pallet Racking Bay Kit Components

	End Frames Frames used on each end of a Pallet Racking run are required by AS4084:2023 to reach at least half the height of the top pallet.
	Intermediate Frames Installed between end frames, intermediate frames provide the main structure of the pallet racking run. This is the frame referred to when describing the height of a frame in the pallet racking structure.
	Pallet Racking Beams (with Clips) Horizontal load-bearing members that connect frames and support palletised goods, supplied with locking clips for safety compliance.
