Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found goods cheaper elsewhere. In instances such as this ABSOE can reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We make every effort to ensure that all products are dispatched in perfect condition. However, we understand that during transit, accidents can sometimes occur.
If we have arranged your transport and the goods arrive damaged please contact our sales staff as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned replaced or if no longer available the purchase price including freight refunded.
Faulty or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an inspection or return of the product.
Refund Window
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. After this period, refunds may not be processed, except in cases involving faulty or defective products.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
Warranties
Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. If applicable, warranty claims should be processed directly with the manufacturer, but we are happy to assist in coordinating this where possible.
